But I absolutely love the Outlander series…

And I think some of the outrage directed at the doctor who gave us that quote was from the women who had to keep dealing with kids, cooking, cleaning and doing other household stuff unless they were on their deathbed.

Besides, isn’t there something directly connected to the male brain that is occasionally said to do his thinking?

Wow, totally fascinating! Tell me, will your book be historical in some nature? Or maybe there’s time travel? (I’m thinking of Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander series where Claire starts out as a WWII nurse, travels back to the 1700s, then later, get her medical degree and returns the 2nd time as a doctor.

It’s pretty interesting to look at the sexism of the past, but on some days I can relate to this:
“we would be unable to function during the menstrual flow”.

Very interesting. I often wish I’d gone into medicine because it fascinates me! I’ve watched a few medical procedures in person and they are so cool!
