Obviously, since I thought it was a light fixture. The last picture brings back memories: the old irons that we used to heat on the stove and the sleeve ironing board. I remember them well. As to the old wooden ironing board, I still have my mothers. The first time I used it was fifty-five years ago when I ironed (are you ready??) my father's handkerchiefs. When I was deemed proficient I moved up to shirts. The rare times I iron these days, I still use the board. I imagine it will be the first thing my kids throw out when I die.
